1. The Service
GuardTrack is workforce management software for security companies, including timekeeping, geofence evidence at punches, signed shift records, scheduling, operational reporting, and reviewed invoice preparation. The Service is not an emergency dispatch service and is not a substitute for emergency services.
Prices, plan capacity, and commercial policies displayed on the Service are a proposed catalog under CWA review and are not a live, binding offer until CWA authorizes them. Entitlements and usage limits are enforced as published.
2. Accounts and authentication
You create an account through the Service's self-service signup using verified email and password authentication. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping credentials secure. No public signup may grant CWA platform administrator privileges or join an existing tenant without authorization.
3. Trials and subscriptions
A no-card trial lasts the stated period, with the stated user cap, and does not automatically charge at trial end. At trial end, an account enters read/export-only mode for a stated period; historical records are retained and not silently deleted.
Paid subscriptions require explicit checkout of an approved plan. A success URL never grants paid access; payment status is verified through authenticated provider events or server-side reconciliation. Subscription states (trial, active, past_due, canceled) are enforced as described in the Service.
4. Your data and records
Each customer company ("tenant") owns its records and files. Access is enforced by tenant isolation and least-privilege roles at the database, server, storage, export, and realtime layers. GuardTrack does not silently delete time records, signatures, or invoice history because a limit is reached or a payment fails.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse location, messaging, or file features. Detailed acceptable-use rules are in our Acceptable Use policy.
6. No warranty; limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Location is device-reported evidence and may be inaccurate or spoofed; GuardTrack does not guarantee physical presence. This draft does not state a final limitation of liability until approved.
7. Changes
CWA may update this Agreement on notice. Existing subscriptions keep their catalog version until an explicit change is accepted under approved terms.
