Trial & commercial terms
- • $0 mandatory setup. 14-day free trial with no credit card, up to 40 users. On day 15, complete paid checkout to continue — no automatic charge at trial end.
- • At trial end, no card is charged. If you take no action, your records are kept through30 days of read/export-only access — never silently deleted. Complete paid checkout on day 15 to continue.
- • Proposed payment grace: 7 days with owner alerts, then read/export-only — requires approval before live activation.
Add-ons & overages
- • Optional punch selfies: $10/company/month add-on on all four plans — Essential, Operations, Command, and Enterprise. Never auto-included. Per company — not per guard.
- • Additional storage: $5/10 GB/month, subject to actual Cloud cost validation.
- • Essential, Operations, and Command upgrade to the next plan when their included user limit is exceeded.
- • Enterprise supports up to 200 active users. Above 200 requires a separately approved custom quote and explicit subscription change — no automatic seat overages.
