Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 2026 (draft)
1. Be honest
Do not backdate punches, fabricate location, forge signatures, or submit a signature without affirmative signing intent. The canonical automatic timestamp is server receipt; client timestamps are evidence, not authority.
2. Location
Use location features only for legitimate timekeeping at an assigned worksite. Do not attempt to spoof coordinates, submit (0,0) as a real location, or run background tracking. Outside or denied GPS still records an honest online punch flagged for review.
3. Messaging and reports
Keep messages, incidents, and DARs professional and on-topic. Do not use the Service to harass, threaten, or send abusive content; participants may report abusive messages to designated HR reviewers. Messaging and incident reports are not an emergency dispatch service.
4. Files and uploads
Upload only files you are authorized to handle. No executable or active HTML files are served inline. Attachments are validated by extension/MIME, size-limited, and download-authorized with tenant scope. Public branding assets are separate from private records.
5. Access and security
Do not share credentials, attempt to access another tenant's data, or bypass roles, capabilities, row-level security, or storage policies. A no-card trial or a success URL never grants paid or elevated access.
6. Enforcement
Violations may result in suspension or termination of access. CWA does not silently delete your signed records or invoice history because of an access issue; revocation takes effect when membership changes.
